If it is safe to do so, isolate the water. Then tell us what has failed, whether water is still escaping, and your postcode.
Tell us where the water is coming from, whether it is getting worse and whether you have managed to turn the water off. That helps us work out the next step quickly.
Burst or leaking pipes, overflowing toilets, failed stopcocks, blocked wastes and similar water-related faults can be treated as urgent repairs where local availability allows.
Tell us where you are and what needs fixing. Once the job is accepted, the first hour is paid before the appointment is confirmed. Parts and extra time are dealt with separately.
